Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking dependable and energetic Bed Makers / Linen Setup Associates to join a growing team supporting vacation rental properties throughout coastal beach communities. This role focuses exclusively on preparing vacation homes by making beds with freshly laundered linens before guests arrive. This is not a housekeeping or cleaning position. Employees will only be responsible for setting up beds and ensuring homes are guest-ready with clean linens. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, traveling between multiple locations, and maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply, as bilingual team members have been a great fit for the team environment. Responsibilities Travel to vacation rental homes throughout Holden Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, and Sunset Beach areas Make and prepare beds using freshly laundered linens Ensure linens are properly fitted and presentation standards are met Work efficiently to complete multiple homes throughout the day Ride with company staff or drive a company vehicle when needed Assist with loading and unloading linen bags as needed Maintain professionalism while entering occupied and unoccupied customer properties Follow company procedures and safety guidelines Requirements Valid driver's license required Must be comfortable driving a company vehicle if needed Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a drug screening Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attendance and punctuality required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs as needed Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs Ability to enter and exit multiple homes throughout the day Comfortable with active work in a physically demanding environment Preferred Qualifications Prior hotel, housekeeping, laundry, hospitality, vacation rental, or linen experience is a plus but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus #hc242637
