$19 to $30 an hour Primary responsibilities include: Operate blending equipment to combine raw materials according to specified formulas and batch sizes. Ensure accurate measurement and mixing of ingredients, following established procedures. Monitor the blending process for consistency and quality, making adjustments as necessary. Perform routine maintenance on blending equipment to ensure optimal performance. Conduct quality control checks on blended products, documenting results as required. Collaborate with team members to optimize blending processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist with packaging finished products for distribution as needed. Utilize forklifts for material handling and movement within the facility when required. Pulling ingredients for Manufacturing orders - including Hazardous Material Receive all incoming materials for the department, verify materials and quantities Perform other department duties in the plant as assigned by members of our leadership team

Qualifications:

Experience in materials handling and warehouse operations is preferred. Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices is a plus. Knowledge of machining processes and laboratory environments is advantageous. Understanding of CGMP regulations related to manufacturing is highly desirable. Ability to fabricate components or products as needed during the blending process. Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and climb stairs continuously Follow safety policy/procedures and encourage others to do so as well (box knife, safety shoes, safety glasses, etc.) Must have reliable transportation Must be willing to work overtime as required Must be punctual with good attendance

Pay:

$19.00 - $30.00 per hour
