Hourly Pay:

$32 - $36 / per hour + Competitive pay & weekly paychecks + Health, dental, vision, and life insurance + 401(k) savings plan + Awards and recognition programs + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus + $2,000 Referral Bonus (per nurse referred) + Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. + On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders + Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. + Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. + Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice. + Current TB or Chest X-Ray. + Current BLS card.
