Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Listing Coordinator located in Hempstead, TX. The Listing Coordinator will oversee the listing process, manage property information for the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and support agents by ensuring accurate and updated property data. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with agents and clients, handling schedules, and ensuring compliance with real estate standards. The Listing Coordinator will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency with Multiple Listing Service (MLS) systems and tools Real Estate License Knowledge of Real Estate principles, including Residential Real Estate transactions Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Familiarity with real estate regulations and documentation is a plus Proficiency with technology, including office software and CRM tools High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in real estate or administrative roles are a plus
