We are currently seeking passionate, flexible, and purpose-driven clinicians to join our growing team working primarily with youth involved in juvenile probation and high-risk community settings. This is not your traditional office-based therapy position. We are looking for clinicians who are willing to show up authentically, think creatively, and build meaningful therapeutic relationships with youth and families in real-world environments. If you are energized by community work, field-based services, mentorship, and making a direct impact in the lives of youth navigating trauma, behavioral challenges, family stressors, and system involvement—we would love to meet you.
