Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Reading/Literacy At least five years as a K-5 grade-level educator Experience in planning and implementation of professional development programs Deep knowledge of current state ELA and literacy standards, curriculum, and frameworks Well-versed in content and pedagogical knowledge of elementary literacy Experience in differentiating literacy instruction Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with teachers Leadership experience preferred
