Our team of experienced attorneys has successfully represented clients in various legal matters related to the transportation and logistics industry, including: Salary will be based on the candidate's experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.

• Classification of owner-operators
• Employment disputes
• Risk management strategies
• Litigation for truck accidents
• Negotiation and drafting of transportation agreements
• Compliance with regulatory requirements and licensing
• Facilitation of mergers and acquisitions
• Insurance coverage disputes and litigation
• Defending personal injury claims
• Representing clients before federal and state regulatory bodies
• Legal services for transportation and customs brokers
