Job Description
Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury Key Responsibilities As a Litigation Attorney, you will oversee cases from inception through resolution, managing all aspects of litigation.
Core responsibilities include:
Handle a high-volume caseload across all stages of personal injury litigation. Conduct comprehensive case investigations to assess liability and damages. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery, law and motion work, and oppositions to summary judgment motions. Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel. Deliver exceptional client service, maintaining regular communication and updates. Serve as First Chair in civil jury trials. Uphold the highest ethical standards in all actions and decisions. Requirements Licensed attorney in good standing, authorized to practice law in California. Experience in personal injury litigation preferred; strong litigators from other practice areas encouraged to apply. Thorough understanding of California laws, regulations, and court procedures. Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical abilities. Skilled in drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery documents. Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet critical deadlines. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a commitment to client advocacy. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.Similar remote jobs
