Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury Key Responsibilities As a Litigation Attorney, you will oversee cases from inception through resolution, managing all aspects of litigation.

Core responsibilities include:

Handle a high-volume caseload across all stages of personal injury litigation. Conduct comprehensive case investigations to assess liability and damages. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery, law and motion work, and oppositions to summary judgment motions. Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel. Deliver exceptional client service, maintaining regular communication and updates. Serve as First Chair in civil jury trials.
