Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented sterile manufacturing Operator - I GMP to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing manufacturing processes in a controlled Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment, ensuring the production of high-quality biopharmaceutical products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and uphold safety protocols. Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment following strict GMP guidelines to ensure product quality and safety. Prepare, assemble, and clean manufacturing tools, materials, and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist with materials handling, including inventory management, storage, and proper labeling of raw materials and finished products. Support packaging activities by ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and adherence to quality standards. Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities, batch records, and process logs for compliance purposes. Conduct routine inspections of the production environment, including warehouse areas and equipment sanitation. Follow safety protocols diligently; operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed to facilitate efficient material movement. Collaborate with laboratory teams during process development or troubleshooting efforts when necessary. Skills Strong understanding of GMP regulations and laboratory practices relevant to biomanufacturing environments. Experience with lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce waste. Proficiency in manufacturing operations, including equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting. Hands-on laboratory experience is preferred for understanding process controls and quality testing procedures. Familiarity with packaging processes and materials handling within a regulated environment.
