Personal injury experience is required.

Responsibilities:

Review and draft various legal documents and conduct legal research Create and maintain case files and be able to handle cases from inception to trial Maintain attorney and Court Calendar/Docket as needed E-file documents in state and federal courts as needed (PA and NJ is a plus) Assist and meet with clients and maintain valued relationships Facilitate organization strategies to meet attorney deadlines efficiently Participate in fact investigation and the negotiation of legal disputes Qualifications 3+ years of recent experience as a Plaintiff's Litigation Paralegal Bachelor's degree, Paralegal certificate or commensurate Paralegal experience Excellent Written and Oral skills and must be an effective communicator Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Case Management software including but not limited to Clio and Legal Research Search Engines Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Compensation The anticipated salary range is $65,000-$75,000 per year depending on experience.
