Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a well-established law firm in San Diego, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy Civil Personal Injury practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and enjoys managing cases from intake through trial preparation. Located in San Diego, CA $28

• 30/hr DOE. Key Responsibilities
• Assist with case intake and fact investigation
• Gather and organize documents, records, photos, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research related to statutes, court rules, and procedural requirements
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and discovery responses for attorney review
• Manage all phases of the discovery process, including summarizing depositions, medical records, and expert reports
• Prepare trial binders, exhibit lists, witness lists, subpoenas, and other trial materials
• Coordinate court filings, maintain case calendars, and track litigation deadlines
• Serve as a liaison between clients, attorneys, opposing counsel, court staff, and third-party vendors

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal required
• Civil litigation and/or Personal Injury experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of court filing procedures and litigation timelines
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
