Lead Provider and Management Team Position Description NIKS Medical Spa is a boutique, sister-founded medical spa located in Del Mar, California. We specialize in natural-looking injectables and advanced medical-grade skin treatments designed to support the aging process and enhance—not alter—our patients' unique beauty. Our philosophy is rooted in a refined, "less is more" approach that prioritizes facial harmony, long-term treatment planning, and meaningful patient relationships. We are not a high-volume practice. We are a relationship-driven aesthetic home built on trust, education, and elevated clinical standards. As we continue to grow in North County, we are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who is confident, detail-oriented, and aligned with our commitment to natural, balanced results and exceptional patient care. Provider must have a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on aesthetic injectable experience , either full or part-time, with demonstrated proficiency in full-face assessment and multimodality treatment planning. They need to be eager to grow, for continuous education, improving techniques, as well as keeping up to date on medicine. Location This is an in-person role at our Del Mar location and requires consistent on-site presence. Some administrative responsibilities may be completed remotely with management approval. Flexibility to support practice growth, special events, and marketing initiatives is expected.   • 70 per hour Additional incentive compensation tied to collected service revenue Performance-based growth opportunities Expected hours: 16-21 per week andavailable some weekends QualificationsLicensure & Education Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in California Current BLS certification Experience Minimum of 2 years performing aesthetic injectable treatments with demonstrated proficiency in: Neurotoxins (full face and neck treaments) Dermal fillers (lips, temples, midface, tear trough, jawline, lower face; cannula and needle techniques) Biostimulators (Sculptra and/or Radiesse) Microneedling PRP injections Medium-depth medical-grade chemical peels Laser knowledge Experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic practice strongly preferred.
