Responsibilities:

Responsible for general table maintenance and cleanliness of nightclub in accordance to specification, in a courteous and efficient manner. Examples of Duties , includes but is not limited to the following : 1. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards. 2. Assist Cocktail Servers in carrying beverages to guests as necessary. 3. Set tables with mixers and glassware, restocks server stations. 4. Clears and cleans tables and sets up table for the next customers. 5. Supervise quality of busser staff. 6. Prepare and assign sections for bussers nightly. 7. Work closely with Hostess staff and Management team to ensure efficient service for customers. 8. Provide feedback on staff performance to manager. Report any issues or disciplinary problems to manager. 9. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of electrical equipment usage. Working knowledge of acceptable standards of sanitation and proper chemical usage. Ability to read, write, and understand English. Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and guests. Knowledge, understanding, and compliance of policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memorandums, chemical labels, and other instructions. Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred.
