Situated on oceanfront Collins Avenue in the heart of Millionaire's Row, Fontainebleau Miami Beach is one of the most historically and architecturally significant hotels on Miami Beach. Opened in 1954 and designed by Morris Lapidus, it was the most luxurious hotel on Miami Beach, and is thought to be the most significant building of Lapidus' career. Responsibilities Responsible for general table maintenance and cleanliness of nightclub in accordance to specification, in a courteous and efficient manner. Examples of Duties , includes but is not limited to the following : 1. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/serviceprocedures/standards.2. Assist Cocktail Servers in carrying beverages to guests as necessary.3. Set tables with mixers and glassware, restocks server stations.4. Clears and cleans tables and sets up table for the next customers.5. Supervise quality of busser staff.6. Prepare and assign sections for bussers nightly.7. Work closely with Hostess staff and Management team to ensure efficient service for customers.8. Provide feedback on staff performance to manager. Report any issues or disciplinary problemsto manager.9. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge of electrical equipment usage. Working knowledge of acceptable standards of sanitation and proper chemical usage. Ability to read, write, and understand English. Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and guests. Knowledge, understanding, and compliance of policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memorandums, chemical labels, and other instructions. Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred.
