This role involves presenting products, assisting with live sessions, and working closely with the team to improve customer experience. We are a growing e-commerce business focused on consumer products and online sales. Our team works across multiple digital channels to deliver quality products and a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Host or assist with live product presentation sessions Present products clearly and highlight key features and benefits Interact with viewers in real time and maintain an engaging environment Collaborate with the team on content planning and product preparation Support ongoing improvement of audience engagement and sales performance Requirements Comfortable speaking on camera Good communication skills Reliable and responsible work attitude Interest in e-commerce or online content Previous experience in retail, customer service, or content creation is a plus Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles Experience with accessories, glasses, eyewear, or similar product categories is a plus
