Position Summary:

PsychAssociates is seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our growing team. This in-person role involves providing psychotherapy to residents in skilled nursing facilities. We offer flexible scheduling options — full-time or part time — to fit your lifestyle and availability.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual psychotherapy to residents in skilled nursing facilities Conduct mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Collaborate with facility staff and family members to support residents' care Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulations Participate in team meetings and continuing education as needed

Requirements:

Active LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license in New York State (required) In-person in: Mt.
