We are a small long term care facility with 17 residents located in Windham, NH. We are looking for compassionate, friendly staff to help assist our residents. Great staff to resident ratios! Duties Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices Following protocols to ensure resident safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care techniques and behavioral health support Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control procedures in all patient interactions Collaborate with nursing staff to develop personalized care plans tailored to each resident's needs Assist with any other needs within scope of practice that may be necessary Requirements LNA license preferred, but not required. Ability to train on the job Prior experience working with geriatric population, and those requiring hospice or palliative care preferred, but not required Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills with a caring attitude toward patients of all ages and backgrounds Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks safely
