Job Description

Loan Accounting Processor - 073043 Description Take the next step toward your new career today! As a Loan Accounting Processor, this individual analyzes, corrects, and reviews various data, invoices and loan payments for processing and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure loan record accuracy and continuity between multiple data points.
  • Distribute incoming mail, including loan invoices to the appropriate department.
  • Process incoming loan payments.
  • Provide customer services.
  • Monitor and assign tasks in servicer work queue
Competencies Required:
  • Strong understanding of mathematics and financial concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with loan software such as ACBS, PayPlus, OneSource, etc.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
  • 0-3 years' loan operations experience.
  • 3+ years' professional/business experience in financial services, banking or mortgage industry.
Formal Education & Certification:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelors' Degree preferred.
Work Status:
  • Full-Time.
Travel:
  • 0% - No travel expected.
Working Conditions:
  • Conditions involve lifting no more than ten pounds, sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying articles like, files, ledgers, folders, etc.
