Loan Sales Representative Ubank Lending Rowland Heights, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $48,000 - $150,000 a year 13 hours ago Qualifications English Business development Field sales Prospecting Lending Chinese Full Job Description Job Overview We are looking for a Loan Sales Representative / Loan Business Development Specialist to develop clients and referral channels in the field and promote our real estate investment loan products, including Fix & Flip Loans, Bridge Loans, Rehab Loans, DSCR Loans, Private Lending, and related financing solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys field sales, client development, business conversations, and results-driven deal closing. The company provides loan products, underwriting support, structuring support, and back-office assistance. Your main responsibility is to bring in qualified clients and projects and help move transactions toward closing. This position offers strong commission potential, and total compensation is uncapped based on performance and closed loan volume. Key Responsibilities Visit and develop loan clients, real estate investors, fix-and-flip investors, and related business partners. Build and maintain referral relationships with Realtors, real estate agents, wholesalers, contractors, design firms, escrow companies, title companies, accountants, attorneys, and other channel partners. Introduce clients to loan products such as Fix & Flip Loans, Bridge Loans, Rehab Loans, DSCR Loans, and Private Lending solutions. Collect basic client needs and conduct an initial assessment of the client's loan intention and project feasibility. Assist clients in connecting with the company's loan team and help facilitate the loan application, review, approval, and closing process. Follow up with prospective clients, maintain client relationships, and improve conversion and repeat-business rates. Attend offline events, industry gatherings, and real estate investment networking events to expand business resources. Complete the company's market outreach, client development, and transaction-closing goals. Skills Must be able to communicate fluently in both Chinese and English, including speaking, reading, and basic written communication. Experience in sales, business development, lending, real estate, insurance, finance, construction, building materials, or investment-related businesses is preferred. Willing to conduct field sales and proactively develop clients and referral channels. Strong communication skills and the ability to conduct cold outreach, phone follow-ups, WeChat follow-ups, and face-to-face deal discussions. Results-oriented and motivated to earn high income through closed business transactions. Interest in real estate investment lending, fix-and-flip loans, bridge loans, and related financing products. Resources in Southern California real estate, investor networks, real estate agents, contractors, or the Chinese community are preferred. Responsible, execution-focused, and able to consistently follow up with clients until transactions are closed. What We Provide Established real estate investment loan products. This Role Is a Good Fit For Someone Who Does not want to rely only on a fixed salary and wants to earn based on performance. Is willing to go into the market, meet clients, and discuss partnerships. Has strong sales drive and enjoys the income reward that comes from closing deals. Has resources or experience in real estate, lending, renovation, insurance, finance, or client development. Wants to build a long-term career in the real estate investment lending industry. Income Description The company provides the products, platform, and back-office support. The sales representative is responsible for developing clients and referral channels. As long as you have clients, projects, and the ability to close transactions, there is no cap on your income potential.
