Local CDL Class A Truck Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled driver to join our team. Metal Exteriors' (ME) Delivery Driver Team Members are responsible for the delivery of ME's finished products to customers, where they will interact regularly with customers, and must be highly reliable. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently within designated routes. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and excellent driving skills.

Responsibilities:

Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle and equipment Transport products to and from specified locations on time and in good condition Load and unload products Ensure order accuracy Adhere to routes and schedules Solicit feedback on services Document deliveries (i.e., acquiring photos, signatures, et cetera)

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Clean driving record 2 years of verifiable driving experience preferred Forklift certification Able to regularly lift fifty pounds Willing to learn Generally positive attitude Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate Ability to perform routine tasks according to a rigid schedule Ability to adapt as circumstances and superiors' demand Resonate with Metal Exteriors core values Access to reliable transportation
