We take pride in delivering high-quality service to our clients across Michigan and Ohio. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Structural Steel Delivery Driver / General Laborer . The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting structural and miscellaneous steel to various job sites and assisting with general labor tasks as needed in our fabrication shop. A typical day may include deliveries around the Toledo and Detroit areas, cutting steel, or just helping out around the shop. Candidate must have a clean driving record. No CDL is needed, but a medical exam after hire is required. The candidate must also be good at interacting with customers during deliveries. All deliveries are done between 7:30am and 4:00pm.

Key responsibilities include:

Safely load, secure, and deliver structural steel to designated locations. Operate company vehicle and delivery equipment (Ford F550 with a 16' bed and a 24' trailer) in a safe and efficient manner. Moving and loading steel with a forklift Assist with general labor duties, including cutting, cleaning, painting, and supporting fabrication tasks. Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures. Perform basic maintenance checks on delivery vehicle and report any issues. Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with team members.

Compensation:

$20 to start with increases based on performance. Yearly bonuses 401
