• Patient population 18 to 100 plus
• Active California License mandatory
• The group is Open to PART TIME and

FULL TIME

shifts

• Local candidates are preferred but if you are a Rockstar with FQHC experience the group will consider candidates out of state
• The group is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a directly related field
• Shifts are 8 hours with no call
• Must be able to work with autonomy at times but there will be NP/PAs on staff for support
• Prefers candidates that are bilingual in Spanish due to patient population
• Patient volume is 20 per day
• EPIC experience is a plus
• Current assignment is 3-6+months with intention of extending
