Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p | 100% Clinic | No Procedures Assignment Overview Kaiser Permanente San Diego is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with strong Gastroenterology experience to provide full‑time outpatient coverage. This is a clinic‑only role with no procedures and no inpatient responsibilities. The facility strongly prefers a provider who can commit to 6 months for continuity of care.

EPIC Compensation Hourly Rate:

$150

OT Rate:

$230/hr (after 8 hours/day) Clinical Scope & Duties 100% outpatient Gastroenterology clinic No procedures required Manage follow‑ups, chronic GI conditions, consults, and treatment plans Collaborate with GI physicians and clinic support staff No call, no weekends, no inpatient rounding Required Qualifications NP or PA with active California license GI experience required (clinic or inpatient acceptable) Experience managing common GI conditions (GERD, IBD, IBS, liver disease, etc.) Comfortable working independently in a high‑volume clinic EPIC experience preferred Support Staff GI physicians Medical Assistants RN support Administrative/clinic leadership Ideal Candidate Strong GI background Reliable, consistent, and able to commit to 6 months Comfortable in a fast‑paced Kaiser outpatient environment Clean malpractice preferred

Pay:

$145.00 - $150.00 per hour
