Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Patient assessments, including physical examination and First Aid and Basic Life Support including airway management, ventilator support, circulatory and shock management, clinical assessment, orthopedic care, medication administration, obstetrics, medical and trauma care and patient extrication and safetyAbility to recognize the need for special or additional assistance, including Advanced Life Support, ambulance transport, aero medical transport, patient extrication, rescue, or other servicesResponsible for appropriately interviewing patients, family members, bystanders, and witnesses. May also be responsible for any Physician contact, patient transfer and referral, transfer of care and follow upResponsible for doing Inspection, inventory, maintenance, preventative maintenance and cleaning of grounds, facilities, work areas, vehicles, supplies, and equipmentUnderstands and performs appropriately under the Emergency Response Plan, including disaster and Multiple Casualty Incident (MCI) operations and managementInfection control, biohazardous material identification, clean up and disposalBasic identification of hazardous atmospheres, materials, and incidentsOther related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of agePossesses and maintains a valid and current State of Colorado Emergency Medical Technician - Basic certification and completes all requirements for renewal, including continuing education classes or hoursPossesses and maintains a valid and current American Heart Association or an accepted equivalent nationally standardized Healthcare Provider CPR certification cardPossesses and maintains a valid and current state Driver's LicenseAbility to lift, carry, and balance heavy loads. Manipulate and operate tools, equipment, instruments, implements etc. to the specifications, standards, etc., of the manufacturer or Patient Care ProtocolsMust possess a valid Colorado Support Gaming LicenseIdentification that establishes identityIdentification that establishes the right to work in the United States Don't want to drive to Black Hawk?
