Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Log Truck Operator and take charge of transporting logs and timber products efficiently and safely. In this vital role, you will operate specialized heavy-duty trucks designed for hauling logs, ensuring timely deliveries to various sites. Responsibilities Safely operate log truck. Load and unload log. Follow designated routes for delivery and pickup, ensuring timely arrivals at multiple locations. Conduct pre-trip inspections on vehicles to verify safety features, load securement, and compliance with transportation regulations. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports for each trip. Requirements Proven experience in truck driving. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL). Knowledge of load securement practices for freight like logs, lumber, or similar materials.
