Logistics and Lab Coordinator

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics and Lab Coordinator to keep our delivery routes, shipping and lab workflow running smoothly. This pivotal role will be the central point of coordination between customers, drivers and our internal team. Duties Route Planning & Driver Coordination Plan and organize delivery/pickup routes (multi-stop routes across regions) Schedule and coordinate drivers, equipment, and timelines Adjust routes in real-time based on changes or issues Ensure efficiency and accuracy in route execution Customer Communication Answer customer questions regarding routes, pickups, and deliveries Provide clear timelines and updates Coordinate directly with customers to align expectations Quoting & Logistics Pricing Quote hotshots, freight, and shipping charges Assist in pricing route deliveries and pickups Work with internal team to ensure accurate and profitable pricing Lab Support & Quoting Quote mechanical lab services: Hotsticks Grounds Mechanical Jumpers Support lab workflow when needed Act as backup to Lab Coordinator and assist with overflow Operations Support Help keep work orders organized and moving through the system Communicate with internal departments (lab, field, warehouse) Solve problems quickly when issues arise What We're Looking For Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to juggle multiple moving parts without dropping the ball Clear, professional communication (phone + email) Problem solver — not someone who waits to be told what to do Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment Experience with logistics, dispatching, or coordination is a big plus Experience with quoting/pricing is a plus but not required

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
