Duties Coordinate and manage carrier relationships to ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight, adhering to all relevant regulations including FDA standards when applicable Utilize transportation management systems (TMS), EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), and CRM software to track shipments, update records, and generate leads for new business opportunities Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through inside sales efforts, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly Support logistics sales initiatives by identifying new lead generation opportunities and expanding carrier network partnerships Qualifications Exceptional communication skills with a proactive approach to lead generation and customer relationship development Join us in delivering innovative logistics solutions that keep the world moving!
