Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and distribute accurate shipping documentation (Picking Lists, PODs, BOLs) for LP Cylinder operations and assist with QSC facilities. Prepare, update and dispense the daily route schedule for LP Cylinder. Communicate with carriers/drivers, assigning loads based on equipment and location. Support needed response to unforeseeable issues with drivers, routes, customers, and equipment. Conduct equipment checks and coordinates movement of equipment for needed maintenance. Maintain regular communication and manage and adapt to delays and/or issues on the road. Communicate shipment updates to customers and internal stakeholders, based on routing schedules and carrier activity. Work closely with LTL, LPC and QSC personnel to ensure documentation accuracy and timely updates. Gather and maintain route sheet documentation for pick-ups (scheduled, missed, extra pick ups), route completions and driver locations. Ensure route completion via the driver check-in process. Ensure records are maintained in accordance with company standards and transportation regulations. Support transportation team with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and organizing shipment paperwork. Coordinate with carriers for documentation needs. Follow and ensure all required safety policies and procedures are followed and implemented. Monitor shipment status and assist in resolving basic documentation or shipment questions. Perform data entry or system updates related to shipments and documentation. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and support evolving department needs. Lead by example, demonstrating LT Corp's "The Way We Lead" (servant leader, devoted, resilient, growth mindset, team player, trustworthy, fun-loving) leadership traits and reinforcing LT Corp's purpose, core beliefs, and values to all team members. Report driver performance issues or concerns to appropriate leadership for resolution. Assist in verifying and resolving customer complaints. Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all regulatory compliance for logistics. Handle all shipping paperwork for LPC, and operate as the Hazmat SME for LT Corp Logistics.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in planning and dispatching in transportation Experience with Hazmat and PHMSA regulations required Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) or ERP systems preferred

Education and Certification Qualifications:
Associates degree in Business or Logistics preferred, equivalent work experience will be considered. Travel Minimal travel required
