Job Description

Join Davenport Foundation Repair as a Logistics Coordinator where you will be the point of for our customers and installers, maintain production schedules, offer tactical support and follow up on sold jobs from beginning to end within our Production department. Starting Pay:

Schedules sold jobs. Ensures crews have what they need to be successful at their installations, including communicating accurately and timely about job details, coordinating utility locates, preparing any special needs of an installation, and so on. Serves as a point of contact for customers, including answering questions, scheduling installations, confirming installations, providing contract deliverables, assuring quality, solving problems, and so on. Provides tactical support for the production department. Lives out the company's purpose, mission, and values. Provides remarkable customer experiences. What You Provide High school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of experience in project management and/or customer service OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field. Knowledge of project management and/or customer service principles and practices. Skill in organizing large amounts of technical information, various project details, and a customer database. Skill in operating a personal computer and programs. Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials and on computer screen Ability to perform accurate data entry. Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English. Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects, maintaining a stationary position most of the time.
