Do you take ownership and manage outcomes proactively? Join our team as Logistics Coordinator and help us delivering our state-of-the-art backup power solutions to our clients. What You'll Do As a Logistics Coordinator at HITEC Power Protection, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating all logistics activities to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products and services. You will work closely with various departments across the globe including procurement, warehouse, and transportation to optimize the supply chain process and support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, shipping companies to facilitate smooth transport processes. Track shipments and proactively address any delays or issues to minimize impact on operations. Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including customs clearance paperwork. Collaborate with internal teams to forecast logistics needs and plan resource allocation accordingly. Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records within ERP systems. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in logistics operations Requirements Associate level in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred. Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain roles, preferably in industrial or technical environments. Knowledge of transportation regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures. Excellent organizational and communication skills. An ownership mindset and proactively solving problems without deflecting responsibility Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
