High school diploma or GED 1+ years of experience Microsoft Excel skills Familiar with Inventory Management Job order coordination High attention to detail Strong Organizational skills Time management Problem solving Ability to work independently ERP system experience (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Weekly update of Excel files (Hot, Warm, Cool, Assembly, inspect, New Part & Plastics List/Round date list) Daily update of inventory sheets & adjusting counts Place new job orders Closing jobs in E2 & filing jobs accordingly Scheduling freight orders to be picked up from (2) major customers Scheduling pick-ups for parts Sending parts to be anodized Making delivery tickets Provide general office support (answering calls, supply ordering, etc.) More Than Just a Paycheck.
