As a Logistics Coordinator - NC - 1st Shift with PCB Piezotronics, Inc., you will be responsible for assisting Production Coordinator in all customer orders, including communicating information to and from sales team and production teams to insure good customer service.

Additional Duties:

Cooperates with other production team supervisors so that the production team can best serve the customer. Maintains a stock of finished goods and prepares individual orders for shipping. Responsible for the efficient flow of shipping orders. Sets example as a team player by cooperating and showing commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Ensures that all products prepared for shipping are correct and complete. Responsible for making sure that all equipment pulled for orders have up to date calibration certificates. Updates daily finished products inventory. Keeps Logistics Supervisor informed of any problems or concerns. Keeps department neat and clean at all times. Review and maintains a file of all orders and may inform product leaders of customer requirements. Maintains Production Coordinator Library. Observes all safety precautions per department guidelines and PCB procedures. Performs other duties as directed for the efficient operation of the production team, and PCB as a company.
