Logistics Manager:

Procurement:

Execute purchase orders for high-tech equipment (servers, CPUs, specialized remote controls, etc.) based on technical specifications provided by the Sales and Engineering teams.

Global Logistics:

Manage complex import/export operations globally, primarily utilizing air freight.

Warehouse Oversight:

Coordinate our owned warehouse in Athens and manage 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners in Singapore and Dubai.

Documentation & Compliance:

Issue all necessary shipping documents (Delivery Notes, etc.) and coordinate with the Accounting department.

Project Management:

Maintain rigorous follow-ups on orders and shipments to ensure zero delays in project implementation.

Data Management:

Utilize Entersoft ERP to track inventory, orders, and logistics data. experience Proven track record in Logistics or Procurement within a commercial or 3PL environment. Solid experience in global import/export procedures and air freight. skills exceptional organizational skills "project management" mindset ability to work independently. high accountability & ownership negotiation & diplomacy time management & prioritization qualifications University degree in Business Administration / Logistics / Supply Chain or relevant field Familiarity with IT hardware/electronics is highly preferred. Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with Entersoft is a significant plus). Fluent in English (written and verbal) to communicate with global suppliers and 3PL providers. share this job.
