Job DescriptionAn Activities Aide in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility enhances residents' quality of life by planning, implementing, and assisting with daily social, recreational, and therapeutic programs. Key duties include transporting residents, leading group activities (crafts, games, music), providing one-on-one visits for bed-bound residents, and documenting participation in the electronic health record.
