Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Long Term Care Administrator and lead the delivery of exceptional care in a vibrant senior care facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster a warm, supportive environment for residents. As the driving force behind resident satisfaction and staff engagement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a compassionate and efficient care setting dedicated to enhancing quality of life for seniors in rural Oklahoma. Your leadership will inspire teams to deliver personalized care while maintaining operational excellence. Duties Manage the overall operations of the long-term care facility, ensuring smooth daily functioning and adherence to all regulatory standards. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to residents' unique needs, including memory care and Alzheimer's support. Supervise clinical staff, including nurses, social workers, and caregiving teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on resident well-being. Oversee budgeting processes, financial management, and resource allocation to maintain sustainable operations. Ensure medication administration protocols are followed accurately and safely by staff members. Coordinate with home & community care providers to facilitate seamless transitions and comprehensive support for residents. Lead efforts in quality improvement initiatives, resident satisfaction programs, and staff training to uphold high standards of senior care. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to assisted living, nursing home operations, and dementia-specific services. Experience Valid State license as Nursing Home Administrator Extensive experience in nursing home management or senior care settings with demonstrated supervisory capabilities. Strong background in assisted living facilities, memory care units (including Alzheimer's /dementia care), and group home environments. Proven ability to develop and oversee care plans tailored to residents needs involving complex medical conditions. Knowledge of operations management principles, including budgeting, financial acumen, and resource planning. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Familiarity with compliance standards in long term care settings.
