Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong sense of organization and financial management. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage payroll, daily sales audits, perform account analysis, and maintain accurate financial records while supporting the administrative needs of the organization. Responsibilities Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees. Conduct Daily sales analysis and provide daily reports to owner. Audit Vendor Payments for on-time collection & accuracy. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for effective financial management. Perform account reconciliation and journal entries to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded. Assist in budgeting processes, providing necessary data for informed decision-making. Supervise clerical staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Maintain organized records of all financial documents and correspondence. Skills Proficient in payroll management and account analysis. Experience with financial report writing to communicate complex data effectively. Familiarity with accounting software including QuickBooks is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
