Long-Term Care Registered Nurse

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Long-Term Care Registered Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care within a variety of long-term care settings. Also available for LPNs if interested. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will deliver comprehensive patient assessments and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality in patient care. Your role will involve working closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote health, comfort, and dignity for our residents.

About the Job Night shift:

6 p.m. - 6 a.m. Facility is willing to do block scheduling CPR Required LTC experience required Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments. Manage complex care plans for residents with chronic conditions. Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Monitor residents' responses to treatments and adjust nursing interventions accordingly to optimize health outcomes. Document all patient interactions accurately adhering to HIPAA regulations. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current state certification required. CPR Certification Required LTC experience required

Pay:

$1,500.00 - $1,800.00 per week
