Position Title Long-Term Substitute Special Education Teacher Required Application Type Teacher / Admin Salary/Pay Scale Per RCTA Contract Job Description
  • Self-contained classroom, 12:1+(3:1)
  • Develop lesson plans and assignments.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student.
  • Provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with iverse needs.
  • Compassionate and patient approach to working with students.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
  • Effective classroom management and behavior intervention skills. Job Qualifications
