Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs, providing detailed product demos when appropriate Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with current inventory, including restocking and inventory management tasks Upsell complementary products by understanding customer preferences and highlighting benefits to enhance their shopping experience Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on CBD benefits, usage instructions, and safety information Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments, ensuring clear communication at all times Supervise or assist in supervising team members during shifts, supporting training on cashiering procedures and customer service standards Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures in a retail setting, preferably within grocery or wellness stores Strong supervising experience or leadership skills to support team collaboration and store operations Bilingual abilities to serve a diverse customer base effectively Excellent communication skills for engaging customers, explaining product features, and maintaining professional phone etiquette Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Knowledge of merchandising, stocking practices, and retail math for accurate inventory management and sales tracking Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries confidently and professionally in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating a welcoming space where customers feel empowered to explore wellness options!
