Lot Attendant

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Lot Attendant and be the first point of contact for our valued customers! In this energetic role, you will ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the lot. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for customers and maintain the appearance of our vehicles. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in car care, customer service, and vehicle maintenance while contributing to a positive customer experience. Duties Check units out from the lot. Clean out personal property inventory. Store and organize personal property inventory. Interact with debtors and transporters daily with scheduled appointments. Cash handling Get proper paperwork signed Release units to transporters and debtors depending on the paperwork provided. Keep the lot clean and organized We are looking for someone who will be hardworking. Customer service experience is a plus. You will need to work well side by side with our drivers. Additionally, we have debtors and transporters come onto the lot. We will need you to work with them professionally and kindly. This job has the potential to become full-time. Currently, we are looking for someone to run the lot part-time, but are considering having a part-time lot attendant/part-time camera car driver, giving you a full 40 hours.
