Lot Attendant - Evening Shift (Full-Time & Part-Time) Wally Armour Wally Armour is currently seeking dependable, hardworking Lot Attendants for our evening shift team. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Stark County's highest-volume dealerships and become part of a fast-paced, family-oriented work environment. Many of our previous Lot Attendants have advanced into positions within our Parts, Service, and Sales departments. Schedule Full-Time:

Monday-Thursday 12:00 PM to close (close times vary by day: Monday 9 PM, Tuesday/Wednesday 6 PM, Thursday 7 PM) plus Saturdays 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Part-Time:

Monday-Thursday 3:00 PM to close (close times vary by day: Monday 9 PM, Tuesday/Wednesday 6 PM, Thursday 7 PM) plus Saturdays 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Off on fridays Position Overview This role is approximately 95% outdoors and requires someone comfortable working in all seasons. Our dealership sits on 11 acres, so this position involves constant movement throughout the day. The evening shift plays a critical role in maintaining the appearance and organization of the dealership lot while supporting closing operations each day. Responsibilities Keep vehicle inventory organized and properly lined up Maintain a clean, professional-looking lot Move and park vehicles safely Assist with dealership closing procedures Support sales and service departments as needed Help maintain overall lot flow and organization throughout the day Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physically able to stay active throughout the shift Reliable attendance and punctuality Comfortable receiving direction and feedback Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be 18 years of age or older (insurance requirement) Non-smoking/vaping during work hours Candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance to help ensure reliability and punctuality.
