Lot Crew & Vehicle Auction Technician

Responsibilities Earn $18/HR with Overtime after 40 hours Flexible Part-Time or Full-Time opportunity Schedule varies based on auction schedules and availability Opportunity for long-term placement and growth into full-time work Work outdoors on an active auction lot Assist with vehicle and lot management operations Help receive, inspect, stage, and organize auction vehicles and equipment Move vehicles, trailers, and equipment safely around the lot Assist with loading/unloading vehicles and auction items Support auction staff during live auction events Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot Perform basic vehicle checks and report issues as needed Use dollies, connect/disconnect glad hands, and assist with lot setup Spot trucks and trailers during loading and unloading operations Communicate effectively with staff, buyers, sellers, and drivers Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Must be able to pass background checks and drug screen Minimum 24 months of manual labor, warehouse, or yard experience preferred Must be 21 years or older Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift, walk, bend, and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Basic mechanical aptitude preferred Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel up to 50% for auctions or lot support if needed Apply Now!
