This role requires a clean driving record , forklift/hoist lift experience , and strong leadership skills to manage Lot Crew and Boat Washers while supporting Sales, Service, and Marketing. Responsibilities Oversee daily lot operations and lead Lot Crew and Wash Crew Unload boats using a hoist lift Organize display lot and service yard using a forklift Maintain indoor showrooms for boats and power sports Drive company trucks and assist with boat launching Manage warehouse organization for crated units Coordinate with Sales Team to prepare boats for customer delivery Reposition boats for photography and marketing needs Perform pickups and deliveries as needed Complete routine building and property maintenance Maintain company vehicles and equipment Assist with setup and takedown for boat shows and special events Unload delivery trucks with crated units Support Wash Crew when needed Qualifications Clean driving record Forklift and hoist lift experience required Leadership experience or ability to manage a small team Strong communication skills with Service, Marine Management, and Marketing Reliable, organized, and able to work outdoors Positive attitude and strong work ethic About GSPS Marine GSPS Marine is a high‑volume marine and power sports dealership focused on delivering an A‑Level customer experience.
