Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Lot Porter, Car Wash Attendant, Parts Runner, and Groundskeeping Specialist! You will be the vital link in ensuring vehicles are ready for customers, the lot is pristine, and operations run smoothly. Duties Safely move and park vehicles around the lot, ensuring proper placement and organization Perform thorough car washes, including exterior cleaning, detailing, buffing if able Assist with vehicle inspections, including checking fluid levels and basic maintenance tasks Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with vehicle needs Deliver parts to technicians or other departments promptly and accurately within the facility Maintain cleanliness of the dealership grounds, including sweeping, trash removal, and janitorial duties Support seasonal tasks such as shoveling snow, brooming snow off cars, etc.. Requirements Prior experience is not required; a positive attitude is essential! A basic understanding of vehicle operation and hand tool use is helpful. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate various vehicles safely Experience with car washing, detailing, buffing, or window tinting is a plus Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and outdoor work in various weather conditions Good communication skills to assist customers and team members effectively Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
