Summer Employment Job Description:
Lot Technician The Lot Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the dealership's inventory is presented professionally and the yard operates efficiently. This position is responsible for the aesthetic maintenance of equipment, logistical support for deliveries, and overall organization of the facility
Key Responsibilities Equipment Detailing:
Thoroughly clean, wash, and detail machinery to ensure it is "showroom ready" for customers and sales displays.
Lot Management:
Organize and maintain the dealership lot, ensuring equipment is parked safely, logically, and in a way that maximizes curb appeal.
Logistics Support:
Assist with the safe loading and unloading of heavy equipment from trailers.
Local Transport:
Handle the delivery and pickup of equipment to and from local customers or satellite locations.
Sales Preparation:
Assist the sales and service teams in preparing equipment for final delivery, ensuring all attachments and components are present and clean.
General Maintenance:
Provide support for shop and yard operations, including debris removal, basic facility upkeep, and assisting technicians as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements Driver's License:
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for local equipment transport.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including climbing onto large machinery and lifting moderate weights. Attention to

A keen eye for cleanliness and organization to maintain high dealership standards.
Equipment Operation:
Previous experience operating tractors, skid steers, or similar machinery is a significant plus.
Reliability:
Strong punctual habits and a proactive approach to supporting the shop team. Work Environment This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires moving between the shop, the yard, and customer locations. You will be the "first impression" for many customers, as the quality of your work directly impacts how our equipment is perceived.
