Low-Volt Technician Supervisor

RS Electric is seeking a full-time Low-Volt Technician Supervisor to lead our team in installing and maintaining low-voltage electrical systems for our projects. This leadership role ensures quality, safety, and efficiency in all operations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of Low-Volt Technicians to ensure project goals are met. Install, maintain, and repair low-voltage electrical systems including security, fire alarms, and data cabling. Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation for multiple projects. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies. Perform quality checks and provide technical guidance to team members. Collaborate with project managers and other departments to meet deadlines. Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and inspections. Provide training and mentorship to technicians and assist in performance evaluations.

Requirements:

High school diploma required; technical training or certification in low-voltage systems preferred. Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with low-voltage electrical systems, including supervisory experience. Knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with electrical design or troubleshooting software preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team effectively.
