Beertender/Bartender

Bearded Bee Brewing is looking for part-time help (primary need is weekend shifts, but weekday/weeknight availability is a hugh plus) as a beertender in Wendell, NC.

• just 20 minutes East of downtown Raleigh. We are growing and are always on the lookout to add talented brewery focused individuals to our amazing team. Our beertenders are brand ambassadors at the bar, around the taproom, and outside of the taproom. For this position, weekday daytime and evening availability is preferred. We are looking for a candidate desiring 2-3 shifts.
• We are looking for consistency with our staff and would like people to be able to commit to this position for more than just seasonal work.

We are specifically looking for applicants who can commit to working:

Part-time/Full-time:

2-3 shifts per week + flexibility to pick up other shifts when necessary. Candidate needs to have weekday-daytime availability. No seasonal work. We are looking for consistency for our team throughout the year.

• 21 years of age or older
• Responsible to work around alcohol
• Able to work 8 hours on their feet
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs
• Focused, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work with a team
• We would love to find someone with: 2+ years experience with craft beer Knowledge of bar and draft operations Great communication skills Arryved POS experience is a plus

• Job Responsibilities:

• Serving beer, wine, honey, merchandise, etc.
• Interacting with customers
• Cleaning and sanitizing bar, glasses, equipment, taproom area, and bathrooms
• Handling money
• Using a point-of-sale computer (tablet) to start, update, and close tabs
• Making recommendations for beer preference
• Checking customers' identification to ensure age
• Hours of Operation are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 3pm
• 9pm Thursday 3pm
• 10pm Friday, Saturday 12pm
• 12am Sunday 12pm
• 8pm
