Mental Health Counselor:

Parsons Counseling is seeking passionate, licensed mental health practitioners (LPCA, LPCC, LCSW) to join our dedicated team in Berea and Richmond, Kentucky. We are a mission-driven practice that values clinical excellence and professional autonomy. Our fee-for-service model is designed for clinicians who want a clear path to high earnings while working in a supportive, state-of-the-art environment.

We offer both Full-time and Part-time opportunities. Our performance-based model allows you to manage your own caseload and schedule. You focus on providing exceptional care and completing your documentation; we handle the marketing, billing, credentialing, and overhead.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional counseling services per agency, state, and professional standards. Complete clinical documentation promptly and accurately to ensure high-quality care within 48 hours. Actively participate in staff meetings and in-service training. Collaborate with the Clinical Director and team to advocate for client needs.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Eligible for LPCA or Independent licensure (LPCC or LCSW) in Kentucky. Strong commitment to personal and professional integrity. Positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset. Experience or interest in Play Therapy, EMDR, SMI clients, Autism, or ADHD.
Estimated Annual Earnings:
$35-50 an hour depending on licensure - This is a W-2 fee-for-service position focused on maximum per-session pay; please note that health insurance and paid time off are not included in this high-earning model.)
