Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia Experience in long-term care preferred Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility Ability to make independent decisions
