Job Summary Our client is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to rotate between nearby clinic locations. The primary responsibilities include providing vaccine administration, particularly pediatric immunizations, and supporting the healthcare team in exam and clinical procedures. Key Responsibilities Delivering immunizations, including vaccines for pediatric patients Getting patients ready for exams and clinical procedures Supporting providers during patient visits and treatments Observing patients and documenting symptoms, medication responses, and treatment outcomes Collecting and recording vital signs Completing daily check-in documentation Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records using standard templates and forms Setting up exam rooms and ensuring all instruments, supplies, and equipment are properly prepared and sterile Qualifications Experience with vaccinations LPN certification 2+ years as an LPN EMR experience
